Being admittedly frugal, I’m always looking for ways to cut costs.  As a TV Traffic Anchor, I’m always looking for ways to take those cost-cutting measures to an automotive level.  However, that can be difficult with constantly rising gas prices.  Here are ways you can minimize such pain at the pump, as seen on our CBS-5 Morning News broadcast in February 2013.
